It is as easy as these 4 simple steps:

Setup your company details such as the physical and postal addresses, details of the contact person, telephone numbers, etc.

After creating the company in step 1, you can add your company employees. In addition, specify the weekly or monthly hours, the pay frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), the rate per hour/week/month, etc.

After employees have been added, you can produce payslips for them.  With a pre-defined set of standard transactions already on the system, adding and removing earnings and deductions has never been this easy!   The system automatically calculates compulsory deductions like UIF and tax, making your life so much easier.

Step 4 – Pay or confirm the payment for employees or domestic workers

After the payslips have been produced, you can pay your employees.  The system will indicate how much you need to pay each employee, according to their payslips.  With banking details of employees added on the system, paying your employees with internet banking is a hassle-free experience.
